Maison Trouillard was born at the end of the last century thanks to the extraordinary will of a man, Lucien Trouillard, who devoted his entire life to work and savoir-faire. In 1896 he produced his first bottles of champagne, on his own. An indefatigable worker, he goes through the stages one by one to become the cellar master. After the torments of the great war, he was discharged and resumed a commercial business for the sale and distribution of wine, located in Rue Placet. It is the beginning of the history of the Trouillard House
True connoisseurs appreciate Trouillard, a small winery that produces amazing artisanal champagne. The color is a seductive and beautiful salmon pink with fine and light bubbles. It offers complex aromas of small red berries. Well-structured, fresh and well-balanced in the mouth, Elexium shows finesse and delicacy.
