Pure and chiseled, Brut Nature is a champagne without any dosage added during disgorgement. Its natural balance and its delicate vinosity bear witness to all the attention that is given to the rigorous selection of the grapes, to the precise vinification and to the prolonged aging in the cellar which define the style of this Maison.

Vinification: 45% Chardonnay, 35% Pinot Noir, 20% Meunier. No dosage.
Refinement: 4 to 5 years on the lees
After almost 4 years of aging in the cellar, the Brut Nature cuvée reveals an elegant complexity.
The assembly combines a predominant part of Chardonnay and a part of Pinot Noir. A smaller amount of Meunier completes the ensemble with great finesse.
The Brut Nature Ayala, after disgorgement, does not include any additions, resulting in a frank, sincere and in no uncertain terms Champagne.
Soft golden yellow with bright silvery reflections, it shows a nose focused on fragrance and minerality, from which fresh citrus notes and subtle saline veins emerge. Precise, taut and clear on the palate, it conquers the palate with its fragrance, vivacity and complexity, showing itself to be very tasty in the fruity returns of grapefruit and mapo. The persistence is emblematic, which leaves behind a trail between savory and citrine, impossible to forget.
