From Pinot Noir grapes for 46% and Chardonnay for the remaining 54%, 8 years on the lees. Brilliant straw yellow with golden reflections, very fine and persistent perlage. Intense nose, aromas of fresh yellow pulp fruit and citrus fruits, followed by more complex notes of yeast, toasted sweet almond and iodized hints. The mouthfeel is soft, round with great intensity; the fruity notes are clearly perceived together with the more mature and saline ones, perfectly in line with the olfactory profile.
