VINIFICATION AND AGING
Made with only two ingredients, single-origin winter soft wheat from Picardy, north of Paris and the spring water of Gensac-la-Pallue, in the Cognac region: ingredients whose essence is captured and transmitted from the field to the bottle thanks to a exclusive manufacturing process. After the distillation of the grain, in fact, the high levels of alcohol are mixed with the filtered water from the source.
Distillation and bottling take place in France.
