Terre Alte was born in 1981 and is considered one of the most prestigious Italian white wines. The harmonious blend of Friulano, Pinot Bianco and Sauvignon grapes, grown in Rosazzo in the historic vineyards of the Terre Alte, creates an elegant and rich wine, with intense fruity and floral aromas. It is a wine of great structure that thanks to aging acquires a tertiary evolution of great complexity.

    TASTING NOTES: ON THE NOSE
Straw yellow, the aromas are intense and refined. Complex wine with great structure. The hints of tropical fruit alternate with notes of Mediterranean scrub, acacia and hawthorn flowers, citrus peel and saffron. Mineral finish of sweet almond and graphite.

    TASTING NOTES: ON THE PALATE
The palate perfectly reflects the olfactory notes: rich and savory, great aromaticity and enveloping taste. The acidic shoulder is elegant with hints of bergamot, the balsamic notes of sage that invite to the second sip.

    VINIFICATION AND AGING
Blend of Sauvignon, Pinot Bianco and Friulano born from separate vinifications and from an aging in steel and barrique, 10 months in barrique only for the Friulano, while the Pinot Bianco and Sauvignon mature in steel.
