TASTING NOTES: ON THE NOSE
Coral pink in color with bright reflections and a dense perlage. The nose has a lively and intense bouquet of ripe red fruit, strawberry, raspberry and pomegranate. Notes of sweet spices, vanilla, brown sugar together with spicier hints of pink pepper, all wrapped in a pleasant mentholated scent.

TASTING NOTES: ON THE PALATE
On the palate it is balanced, with good structure, flexibility and freshness. The aromas of cherry, raspberry and strawberry are immediate and persistent. Delicious creamy texture with a long finish and closure with fresh notes of blood orange.

Vineyards: Chardonnay 5 to 10%, Pinot Meunier 35 to 45%, Pinot nero 45 to 55%.
Vinification in stainless steel tanks and subsequent refinement in the bottle.
