Brut Millésimé is produced exclusively in exceptional years. Coming from a blend of Pinot, the Brut Millésime 2012 is low-dose and thanks to a long aging in the cellar of at least 6 years, it manages to express its fruit aromas with aromas of evolution that shape this champagne in such a way as to give it complexity and elegance. A cuvée much appreciated by its tasters.

Vinification: 20% Pinot Noir, 45% Meunier, 35% Chardonnay. Aged for at least 6 years in the cellar.
Golden and intense in color, it has a fine and elegant perlage. Notes of fruit prevail on the nose, such as peach, apricot, cherry, plum, complemented by subtle notes of vanilla and aromas of dried fruit. Intense is the palate, lively, greedy and fresh. In the finish, aromas of red fruits such as strawberry, raspberry, cherry and rhubarb stand out which bring this balance of freshness, complemented by peppery and nutty notes.
