100% Chardonnay. The Premier Cru “Forêts Vieilles Vignes” is a Chablis from La Manufacture, which represents one of the excellences of this Burgundian brand. For the realization of this label, the best grapes were chosen, coming from old vines of particular value. The old vines have very deep roots and over time have developed a better interaction with the calcareous soils rich in minerals of the Chablis area. They produce few bunches but of considerable aromatic richness. At sight it shows a beautiful and luminous gold color, with slight greenish youthful reflections. The olfactory profile is of great charm, with fragrant aromas of citrus fruits, lime zest, nuances of white flowers, aromas of ripe fruit, ginger, soft hints of acacia honey, balsamic, iodized and flint stone sensations. On the palate it is intense and deep, with a complex and persistent sip, vibrant mineral freshness, closing of dried fruit.
