Guy Michel's Champagne Brut Millesimé is a limited edition made in the Vallée de la Marne and aged for at least 13 years on the lees. Ripe and rich notes of dried fruit, honey, sweet spices, ginger, pastry and citrus peel intertwine on a full-bodied, elegant and highly authentic structure, characterized by a subtle and persistent perlage.
30% Chardonnay, 34% Pinot Nero, 36% Pinot Meunier. Over 14 years on its lees, this Champagne is the result of a collection of the best harvests preserved on the lees and recently degorged, best representing the style of Guy Michel & Fils. Continuous and persistent perlage. Intense golden yellow. Complex and powerful, with the scent of quince combined with rich notes of dried fruit. The mouth is creamy, voluptuous and well balanced, fresh and citrus, with hints of almond on the finish.
